HR Strategy :
Responsible for supporting the HOD to conceptualize the overall HR Strategy for attraction and retention of talent
Design the Capability building plan and process for all levels across the organization for employees
Conceptualize the Employee Engagement initiatives within the organization for attraction and retention of Talent
Recommending the Policy needs within the organization for employee and organizations benefit
Conceptualizing the initiatives to enhance the Online Brand visibility i.e., on LinkedIn
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT :
Responsible for timely closure of Individual Goal Setting, Quarterly Reviews and Annual Appraisals
Responsible for closing the Senior Team Members Goals along with Business
Responsible for the annual appraisal, review and closure along with business
Responsible for Online closure of PMS Process for the group
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Conceptualization of Employee Engagement (EE) Plan as part of HR Strategy
Implementation of EE Plan
Responsible for conceptualizing concepts / campaigns to enhance the Brand Visibility on LinkedIn and to increase the followership
REWARDS :
Support in payouts of Rewards / Incentives / Bonuses as per the Incentive Schemes
Support in accurate Data management as per the scheme
ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT:
Responsible for implementation of various OD initiatives year on year
Implementation of GPTW Plan per approval from Management
Responsible for conceptualization of new initiatives as per the future requirement of the organization
PEOPLE :
Relationship Management with Internal / External Stakeholders
Set goals, review, and manage performance, guide and counsel and provide feedback to team on performance to ensure a motivated and committed team
