Brief Role & Responsibilities:  1. Production Planning in coordination with Marketing & Logistics  2. Design & develop appropriate raw material mix to ensure consistent quality, assisting materials department in developing new source of raw materials  3. Optimization of limestone consumption in consulting with mines department  4. Process audit and optimization of the process for reducing the fuel & power consumption  5. Refractory management as per the budget  6. Maintaining the MIS of Production & Power Consumption data  7. Preparation & control of annual budget  8. Capability development of the team  Technical / Functional Competencies required:  1. Refractory installation, Kiln Maintenance, understanding of working of pre heater & cooler  2. Sound knowledge of kiln operation  3. Experience / Knowledge of cyclone jamming removal / snowman removal with adequate safety measures  4. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 50001 records up keeping & TPM activities  5. TPM Jishu - Hozen activity in Kiln & coal mill section  Qualifications required:  B.E. Chemical Engineering / M.Sc Chemistry  Age - Below 50 Yrs.
