AGM - Financial Analyst - IT

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- As a key leader of the Finance organization, establish FP&A as a strong team that helps the company meet its commitments

- Business partnering the Sales teams in developing a strong and rigorous pipeline, new business and
uplift reporting through maximizing use of Salesforce

- Detailed understanding of budgeting, forecasting and planning, with high priority on revenue and gross margin, presenting to senior leadership teams, as well as understand the root cause of variances and identify corrective actions

- Creation of KPI board packs, delivering strong financial analysis to challenge performance and drive growth and profitability

- Producing planning packs to present to the board.

- Manage team members to meet time-sensitive project and analysis deadlines

- Develop accurate and timely financial analysis based on strong fact-based support data

- Mange team handling daily, weekly and monthly FP&;A reporting efforts

- Provide back-office support to other functions, i.e. AP, AR, HR and IT, and liaise with the accounting team as needed

- Actively help develop skills and capabilities of the FP&A team members and assist each achieves their career goals

- Supporting the CFO on future growth funding rounds, and preparation of due diligence for a potential exit of the private equity stakeholder in the next few years

Job Requirements:

- MBA or Accounting certification (CA, CFA)

- Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in FP&A roles

- Prefer those with experience in a Private Equity environment.

- Ability to deliver time-sensitive projects on-time and in a high-quality manner

- Above average / strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills that is self-motivated and has a high emotional intelligence

- Ability to work closely with a senior management and business unit leaders
