AGM - Finance - Real Estate Tech Startup

As an AGM Finance, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.

What you will do:

- Providing strategic financial guidance to the leadership team and founder.

- Creating and maintaining financial dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

- Conducting financial analysis, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.

- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

- Monitoring financial performance against budgets and providing variance analysis.

- Managing and leading a team of 4 finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Providing mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

- Identifying and assessing financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.

- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Overseeing cash flow planning and ensuring the availability of funds as needed.

- Optimizing working capital and managing liquidity effectively.

- Communicating financial results and insights to stakeholders, including the founder and leadership team.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives.

What you need to have:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.

- 4-10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with a proven track record in startups or SMEs.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.

- Experience managing a finance team and driving a collaborative work culture.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to strategic decision-making.

- Excellent communication skills to convey financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

- Proficiency in creating and presenting financial dashboards and reports.
