AGM Finance - Manufacturing EOU / CA or ICWA qualified

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

- Formulation of annual budgets for Sales, Expenses, Capex, Working Capital, preparation of Budgeted P&L.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate preparation of Monthly Management reports for Payables, Receivables, Inventory, Cash Flow, Working Capital, Profit & Loss accounts, Variance analysis reports such as Purchase variance , Expenses variance, Industrial Variance including Efficiency Variance for review of various operational performance in line with policies and guidelines of Group.

- Monitor banking relationships and ensure efficient fund utilization.

Cost Management:

- Formulation of Standard Cost for all components and Spare parts at the beginning of the year

- Drive cost management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

- Conduct regular cost-benefit analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings.

Legal Taxation and Compliance:

- Oversee All Legal compliance and taxation matters relating to Indirect Taxes and Direct taxes. In addition to Indirect Tax and Direct Tax should be familiar with FEMA and FTP

- Should have handled independent Assessments of Direct and Indirect Taxes and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.

- Provide support to our consultants during Assessment of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax

- Preparation of reports to ensure the adequacy of Transfer Pricing regulations including checking the Net Profit Margin with comparable companies, and also collaborate with TP consultants to ensure adherence in statutory requirements.

- Coordinating with various Legal firms for effectiveness on the results of the cases handled by them and also for the review of various contracts

Internal Controls and IFC Audit:

- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Conduct periodic internal audits to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with the requirements of IFC Audit.

Audit of Financial Statements:

- Preparation of Financial Statements for Statutory, Group & Mid period audits.

- Act as a Audit Coordinator, also as a bridge between the finance team and the audit team, Ensure smooth completion of audit within deadlines.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and IND AS.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.

- Interact with internal external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Finance, Accounting with CA / ICWA post qualification experience min 10 years is preferred.

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU).

- Thorough understanding of international finance, taxation, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
