Position - AGM – Finance

Location - Pune

Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain financial reports and dashboards required to assess the financial health of the company.

- Review and present monthly MIS and budgets to Board Members

- Provide leadership to admission & fee collection and vendor & procurement departments.

- Handle project financing, feasibility study, all tax appraisals and other compliance related work.

- Provide strategic support to the management team by analyzing trends of various services/customers and geographies.

- Ensure there are adequate processes and control for smooth functioning of operations

- Liaison with investors for fund raising

Requires Profile :

- Candidate should be CA and CS

- 7-10 years of experience in similar job profile (retail experience preferred).

- In depth understanding of India statutory requirements and laws, GAAP along with working knowledge of India tax laws.

- Ability to work in a team with professional and positive attitude

- Commitment to high standards.

- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
