AGM - Finance - Accounting Firm

- Establish and maintain relationships with investors and analysts. Provide accurate and timely information to the investment community, including earnings releases, presentations, and responding to inquiries.

- Oversee the preparation of global financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. This includes producing reports for investors and stakeholders.

- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the company's financial records. Oversee the accounting team to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

- Manage the company's global cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance, ensuring funds are available for investor commitments.

- Develop and implement global tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with international tax laws. Report tax implications to investors as necessary.

- Design, develop, and maintain effective MIS.

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial performance indicators.

- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and adherence to established accounting principles.
