Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ ICWA/ Inter CA

Requirements:

- Preferably worked in a BPO. Understands all nuances of a BPO with respect to transition, change management, people management, etc

- Interacted with Clients and has worked on transitions/ solutions

- Ability to communicate with clients with respect to process performance, change management, risks, etc

- Has handled at least 100 FTEs + processes

- Understands the importance of people practices to be followed

- Position will manage multiple F&A processes.
