Trouble Shooting, Hazard Analysis, PSMS, IMS, Incident analysis, Liasioning with Govt. officials, Green Belt, Safety Performance, Work Permits, IMS Audits, Stack Emission Monitoring, Safety Inspections, Hazop studies, OHSAS, EMS, PSMS, MIS Reports, Near Miss.

1) Ensure to achieve required training man days for contract workmen and employees by providing external and internal training programmes.

2) Responsible for liasioning with Statutory authorities like Pollution control Board and Dy. Chief inspector of factories etc

3) Ensuring all statutory & internal inspection points are attended and closed

4) Planning to procure all safety related PPE's and other relevant equipment's.

5) Need to Monitor the Budget to meet with the available budget to EHS

6) Develop and monitoring of green belt as per the statutory requirement and ensuring legal compliance in Environmental and safety related matters.

7) "Management systems monitoring and implementation

- PSMS rating 4x 4

- ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 standard compliance and performance

- Introducing and implementation of My Sethu EHS software

- Near miss module

- PIIR and FIIR module

8) Ensure Online Continuous Stack Emission Monitoring System (CSEMS)
