In their Enterprise business, they have partnered with large strategic accounts to target curated skill development for their employees.
Role :
- The role is to manage the accounts in India to build new business and product offering to large clients in IT, BFSI, Telecom, Professional Services etc
- The candidate would own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and drive engagement with the client sponsors.
- The role is based out of Gurugram/Bangalore and would be responsible for :
- Owning the entire portfolio of strategic accounts
- Building and driving business through up-selling the product offering
- Driving KPIs through engagement with the client sponsors and building customer awareness
- Being the leader of the post-sales process, and working towards up-selling and renewals with the clients
- Achieving high sense of customer satisfaction and with focus on growing the accounts by being the trusted advisor to the engagement partners and sponsors
