JD OF EMPLOYEE RELATION

LOCATION: VALAPAD

- Competent to handle the Industrial Relations / Employee Relations/ Disciplinary matters within the organization as well as before outside authorities such as conciliation officer, labour courts, tribunals and High courts etc.

- Labour and other statutory compliances related to HR. Ensure the statutory compliance throughout the organization pertaining to various labour legislations such as Bonus act, PF Act, Gratuity Act, Minimum wages Act, etc.

- Represent the Management in Domestic Enquiries, conducting departmental enquiries as Enquiry Officer, Drafting Memos, Show Cause Notices, Charge Sheet, and Orders, warning letters etc in connection with disciplinary matters by ensuring the statutory compliances, principles of natural justice and keeping in mind of Management strategies. Well versed with end to end disciplinary process.

- Providing valuable inputs/ guidance, draft letters/ memos and legal opinions to the HR partners and other various functionaries within the department of human resources and ensure statutory compliance in the Department.

- Providing legal opinion to various sections in relation to various HR issues, contracts, agreements and other civil & criminal matters to other sections/ departments as and when required. Drafting and vetting of various agreements including vendor agreements and NDA.

- Employee grievance handling, handling of sexual harassment cases, investigation, preparation of investigation reports, guiding and supervising the HR Partners and other business units while handling the disciplinary/harassment / Employee grievance matters.

- Drafting, vetting of contracts, various agreements, plaints, written statements, claim and counter claims in various legal proceedings before civil courts, labour courts, conciliation proceedings and before various authorities.

- Well versed in Labour and Industrial laws such as ID Act, PF Act, Gratuity Act, Minimum wages Act, Factories Act, Shop & Establishment Act etc., in addition to Civil law and Banking laws and practices, bipartite settlements and various settlements of Banking sector.
