We are looking for AGM- Employee Engagement HR (Corporate) based out of Delhi for one of our leading Media house having a national presence.
Role:
To support the CHRO/ Corp HR function by leading the below processes across the system
- Business Process excellence – Work as Functional HR consultant to the business Excellence team and support the team on all HR issues and concerns.
- Employee engagement initiatives – Gallup surveys, action planning& implementation of Gallup Enterprise wide action plan
- Standardize and implement the Employee Engagement Calendar across the company
Responsibilities:
- Business Process Excellence (Working as Functional HR consultant to help the Business excellence team in implementing the best process and practices Industry wide.)
- Employee Engagement/ Gallup/ Employer Branding
- Standardize the Employee Engagement Calendar
- Relationship Management
Skill
a) Experience of defining & implementing world class business processes
b) Experience in Gallup surveys, employee engagements
Must Have:
a) Experience in drafting & implementing world-class – Business HR Processes
b) Employee Engagement surveys
Travel - There would be moderate travel requirement to branch office nationally. Candidate from large Industry house having experience in managing large head count along with multiple location are most preferred.Relevant experience should be not less than 5 to 8 years while not exceeding the overall experience of 15 years.
