AGM - Electrical - R&D - Manufacturing/Process Industry

- Responsible for design & development of Special Purpose Machines for Captive Utilization, Technology Upgrade & Troubleshooting for BU's.

- Undertake Process upgrade / Expansions / Indegenisation initiatives to improve & optimize plant performance with respect to electrical equipment /technology.

- Coordinate with the customers & modify / improve / conceptualize processing machines or process designs.

- Validate the designs with internal team by carrying out Design Analysis, Comparing with benchmarking & review Initial Control / TPM program to deliver product/process as per required specifications in order to deliver a machine design which would match the customer requirement

- Prepare specification sheets, estimate Budget, resources and prepare Schedules of the projects to determine Cost, Specification & Project timeline Targets

- Manage overall project for Designing, Fabrication, PLC Programming, Test & Trials, Installation & Commissioning

- Test & Trials and Commissioning Runs of Machines

- Monitor and Analyze Commissioned Machine Parameter with Machine Specification Sheet.

- Adopt latest technologies in CAD/CAM, IOT, Vision systems, Robotics, Automations, Energy Management

Candidate Requirement :

- BE/B.TECH - Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation

- Able to manage a large team
