Following are the role requirements

Functional Role: AGM - Direct Sales

Location: Mumbai

Education: MBA

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods and results.

- Tap potential markets for direct clients across India and abroad.

- Define strategies for sale of all properties.

- Decide pricing strategies throughout project life cycle

- Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations & processes.

- Handle direct enquiries from advertising & hoardings.

- Responsible for handling customer service & team development.

- Creating stage-wise sales projection reports in consonance with core business

- KPIs and handling real estate portfolios of HNI clients/individuals and retail investors.

- Contribute by suggesting various strategies in order to promote projects e.g Real Estate Exhibition/ Media Advertisement.

- Handled Prospective Clients/ Corporate houses/MNCs Negotiating & Finalizing of sales transactions with interested clientele.

- Managing extensive client relation exercises, brokering deals between the organization and clients, while cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads, and repeat business.

- Making sales presentations to key decision makers effectively selling the capabilities & service offerings of the company.
