Drive Data Insights to Key internal stake holders
Contribute to the e-sales business by way of Digital Performance Campaigns (Execution, Monitoring and Analytics)
Willingness to work and build digital marketing as an important channel for business distribution and work on business targets
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
To partner with Digital Marketing & Communication teams, develop content and deploy based initiatives
To Develop and prioritize product requirements for new products/services, as well as enhancements / change requirements for existing products/services to meet changing business, market, customer and competitor needs
Exposure to Digital Marketing areas such as SEM, SEO, e-sales, Google Analytics etc.
Experience in similar function in a large size financial services organization
Ability to brief digital creative agencies for creation of digital campaigns based on marketing insights and competitive landscape
Ability to think digital and translate digital ideas into reality.
Desired Profile of the Candidate :
- Graduate / Post Graduate degree in marketing or equivalent.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
