Key Responsibility -

- Technical analysis of plant process/equipment related problems, refered, with recommendation in time

- Plant data analysis and performance summary preperation for Management review meetings

- Achivement of 100% results on improvement projects taken up (Six sigma/SGA/CAPEX ect)

- Data compilation for PP module and reports to govt and other staturoty agencies

- Identification of developments in the industry through own devleoped resources

- Self development assignments.

Qualification:

- Degree in Chemical Engineering from Reputed Institution/IITs/NITs

- 15-20 years.

Technical Knowledge:

Sound knowledge of manufacturing process of sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and Complex/Phosphatic/NPK Fertilizers and supporting facilities with a special thrust on making calculations, MIS reports, technical reports, and conducting studies for debottlenecking and expansion of the plants,facilities, and implementation. Good theoretical background on key concept of quality, safety, systems, Energy conservation etc.

Trouble shooting. Hazop study, root cause analysis. Develop basic Engineering documents from conceptual stage for process improvement proposals. Communication, decision making skills to lead the team. Use of statistical tools in data analysis.
