AGM/DGM - Taxation - Telecom

We are hiring for D2H service company located at Delhi, Please find attach JD-AGM/DGM Taxation.

Working Days:- 5 Days a Week (9.30-6 PM)

Location:- Delhi

Role: (70% indirect & 30% direct taxation) Must have good experience on Indirect taxation.

To lead the Tax function of all the group entities and exercise controllership over the compliance, litigation and advisory in the matters related to Direct taxes and Indirect taxes.

- Function as integral member of the organization with full responsibility for tax reporting, compliance, advisory and litigation support in the areas of Corporate Income-tax, Wealth-tax, Value Added Tax (VAT) across India, Service tax, Entry Tax, Entertainment Tax, Domestic Transfer pricing, Expatriate tax compliance, Withholding tax compliance (TDS), tax on cross border transactions

- To develop and maintain rapport with the tax authorities in Direct taxes and in different states in Indirect taxes

- Ensuring advisory to Business with technical accuracy and solution approach keeping intact the compliant status, transaction advisory to optimize the tax impacts

- Advising on Tax Implications/Tax Planning

- Drafting of Replies/Appeals

- Appearance before Tax Authorities in Assessments, Audits & Appeals

- Ensuring the timely & accurate filing of Income Tax, TDS, Service Tax, Central Excise (First Stage Dealer),VAT (13 States), Entry Tax & Entertainment Tax Returns & deposition of taxes

- Preparation of Financial Statements of Subsidiary Companies

- Ensuring Compliances under Domestic Transfer Pricing

- Liasoning with Statutory, Tax & Transfer Pricing Auditors

- Liasoning with tax consultants and seek timely advice and opinion on various taxation issues.

- Advising on various new initiatives from Tax perspective.
