AGM / DGM - TALENT MANAGEMENT & L&D

At present, we are having an urgent opening for AGM / DGM - TALENT MANAGEMENT & L&D for a leading conglomerate headquartered in Gurgaon and is home to one of India's most iconic brands.


ROLE REPORTING:

AGM/DGM- Talent Management & L&D

This position manages all areas pertaining to Talent across the Group including Performance Management, Total Rewards, Career Planning, Succession Management, and all learning intervention across SIG.

This role will report to the Vice President - HR at the Group Office

Work Experience:

- Tenure: 10-14 years of total work experience in reputed Indian and/or MNC organizations, known for good HR systems and practices

- Content Areas: Must have worked in areas like Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Succession Planning, HIPO identification & development, Leadership Development, GET and MT programs, etc

- Content development and delivery of learning interventions till the middle management level will be added advantage.

- Industries: experience of working in well-known Consumer companies

- Roles: should have spent at least 3 years in a corporate HR role across Performance & Talent verticals

Key Responsibilities:


- Drive timely and effective implementation of Performance Management System across the Bus including:

- Goal setting

- Performance reviews, final assessments and ratings (including normalization) and consequence management

- Strengthen Manager's capability in assessing performance and reviewing feedback through Capability building sessions

- Revisit and revamp People processes and Policies from time to time

- Design and manage Rewards programs - define the Reward philosophy, manage compensation benchmarking exercises, devise increment grids and guidelines, design incentive and bonus plans

- Define and deploy (with HRBPs) Recognition programs for employees

- Design and implement Talent and Succession Management strategies for specific talent cohorts, including:

- High-potential talent

- Critical Resources

- Senior Leaders

- Define and manage programs for the attraction, development and retention of GETs and MTs across the SIG Group

- Define and implement Career Management Framework (Career Pathing) across different BUs working closely with the respective HRBPs

- Work closely with the L&D team to address the developmental needs of all employees

- Create Level based Learning framework in line with the organization's Competency Framework

- Identify Functional developmental needs and work closely with external partners to address the same

- Leverage on Learning Management System (LMS) and drive adoption of e-learning
