MBA-HR with 12 to 18 yrs in manufacturing industries
Will be responsible for Talent Acquisition for the whole group.
The brief job description is:
1. Handle the talent acquisition process for the group (starting from sourcing to onboarding).
2. Drive the talent acquisition team to meet the recruitment mandates.
3. Liaise with the CEOs / COOs / MDs of the group companies on talent requirements and drive the process to meet the objectives.
4. Manage the sourcing channels effectively to source and identify the right talent and convert it into onboarding.
5. Should sustain or redefine the talent acquisition process and implement them for a successful outcome.
6. Manage the recruitment database and communicate to the stakeholders on the progress.
7. Ability to forecast resource requirements and create a funnel.
8. Ability to create "candidate database" for various trades and professions.
9. Knowledge of visa/travel process - will be an added advantage.
Minimum expectations:
1. Should have handled talent acquisition for a large corporate with a minimum of 12-18 years of experience in the field
2. Should have handled technical / non-technical requirements.
3. Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing industries.
4. A good team player with an ability to sustain and manage the prevailing team.
5. Excellent skills in English language (both written and verbal)
6. Should have handled CXO level positions.
7. Exposure to overseas recruitments - will be an advantage.
