AGM/DGM - Strategy - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities (Not limited to) :

- Work closely with the CEO on forming various strategies across functions for new & existing projects

- Lead the Program Management office and take ownership of and coordinating for all program management activities

- Lead or Co-lead the key Strategic Initiatives and Digital Transformation initiatives having organisational and cross-functional impact

- To make the annual plans across functions and projects by factoring in timelines, including approvals, launch, and construction, market sentiment in terms of pricing, structure of land related payments, etc. with aim of efficient cash flow management and preserving the business plan

- Determine the key performance indicators for the project for the year and periodic review of actual performance with respect to these

- Provide the support across lifecycle of real estate projects as needed and prepare various business analysis and scenarios

- Participate in cross functional and key business decisions related to the asset

- Highlight any risks to the business
