We have an urgent role for one of the biggest group - Handset Vertical at Gurgaon.

Designation : AGM/DGM - Strategy

Profile :

Functional Objective Of The Position :

To assist the management in strategic planning and monitoring of the Group businesses. It operates closely with the Management, business heads of Handset, corporate functions and the business review councils.

Job Responsibilities :

Financials :

- Submit Business Performance Analysis

- Submit independent analysis & executive summary of various Regions or zones/branches/support functions to management

- Prepare Business Plan for Viability Study on all/ alternate/ every or new strategy to improve revenue streams

Business Development - Customer / Market / Brand approach :

- Prepare business case to improve brand position / market share / customer experience to achieve business plan

- To follow-up on behalf of the President / Board on strategic issues of the region and provide Action Taken Reports

- Steps taken for submission of formal proposal to Management

- To drive the Business Review Council process

- Devising Sales/Business Strategy - Projects / Responsible for Business Governance/Business Excellence for each Business/Corporate Function on behalf of the Management and provide Action Taken Reports.

Business Process (Risk, resources, opportunities) :

- Strategy 21 Levers: Implementation in business verticals - Progress report shared once a month

- Preparing Proposal for improvement in processes

- To drive the Business Review Council process in the Group.

- To anticipate demands on the Management time and take proactive initiatives

Organization / Team Capability :

- To ensure development of Strategy team / Dy. BM / Dy. RM through regular guidance and calendar of activities such as reviews, tasks that would be handled independently

- Sharing of best practices & case studies with President Office Team

- Ensuring their carrier path - preparing them for challenging assignments with in group (with 12 months), considering their learning curve to be faster pace.

- Helps Management decide on potential new business entry

- Assist Management in managing the key external interfaces
