AGM/DGM/Senior Manager/Manager - MEP Design - Residential & Commercial

AGM/DGM/ Sr. Manager/Manager - MEP Design (Residential and Commercial)

- MEP Design - Level 3 - BE Mechanical with minimum 5-8 years of experience in PHE, Firefighting.

- AGM / DGM MEP Design (Level 2) - Mechanical Engineer with minimum 15 years experience in firefighting, plumbing etc.

- AGM / DGM MEP Design (Infra Design) - BE Civil with minimum 10 years experience (We have 2 roles here 1 for Industrial park where experience in warehousing is desirable else should have experience in large projects and other in residential team where we need someone who is good with Infra designing (STP, STW, Roads etc. required).

Job Responsibility :

- In House preparation of Electrical & ELV Tender including Drawings, BOQ & back up calculation for KCA Projects.

- Review and approval of Technical Material Submittals.

- Representing and Coordinating as a single point of contact from MEP team for JV projects.

- Coordinating among in-house design team Architect, Structural, interior with respective service consultants including MEP consultant.

- Preparation of presentation, drawings and documents for MOEF Submissions for JV Projects.

- Team management and resource allocation as per project and overall work load requirement.
