AGM/DGM - SAP Lead - Pharma/Chemical/Manufacturing Industry

Overall Experience : 10-12 Years

Location : Ahmedabad

Reporting To : Application Head

Qualification : BE/B-Tech or Equivalent Graduation

Key Responsibilities/Role:

1. Responsible for leading, planning, and delivering SAP project which will vary in size, subject matter and geography

2. Liase with the business team/leads to understand the business requirements and convert the same into IT projects and solutions

3. Day to Day Project Management of allocated projects

4. Communication and Stakeholder Management with the customer to ensure project delivery is, at least, in line with expectations

5. Co-ordination and communication across the delivery teams to ensure correct allocation and usage of resources

6. Track and Report project status highlighting the key risks and issues identified on the project

7. Define IT specifications and bring them to an implementation

8. Coordinate with external implementation partners to ensure project delivery is met as per the target timelines

9. Ensure adequate documentation work is completed

10. Have managed HANA implementation in the past

Key Competencies Required:

1. Comprehensive SAP knowledge across variety of modules

2. Minimum 2-3 years Project Management experience in SAP

3. Experience across variety of business sectors

4. Use of project tracking tools like Microsoft Projects

5. In-depth experience and knowledge on functionality within SAP and Hana

6. Implemented SAP projects in the past

7. Manage team to derive efficiency and value
