Segment: Fabric/Apparel Role: Developing new clients and creating business development with export and local fabric/apparel Houses and Corporate Companies. Position Reports: Marketing Head. The incumbent will be responsible for: - Business Development in Asia/Europe/USA and Emerging markets, working closely with the partners from US, Europe, and India and future potential partners - Identifying prospective clients to generate business and achieving increased sales growth thus catalyzing profitability - Managing Customer Relationships including interaction with customers for effective resolution of customer grievances and obtain feedback. - Meeting the sales target on a monthly & annual basis. - Coordinating with all departments and deliver the material on time in full to the customers. - Designing strategies for developing new markets, new customers, and action plan for retaining old customers. Attending trade fairs/shows for market development and product promotion. - Procuring new orders from new clients and overlooking the competition of the orders in the best way and in the given time frame. - Devising strategies to augment all possible profitable channels in business resulting in a better reach in the market with greater penetration - Conducting market analysis to assess the prevailing economic environment, identifying business risks &amp; recommending effective mechanisms to mitigate the same - Handling retail customers and Garment converters. - Managing brand image building and awareness campaigns; devising &amp; implementing pre &amp; post-marketing activities - Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements and ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares - Market Research for new developing markets and to explore new product segments. - Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly sales analysis report and make an Execution plan in order to achieve the yearly Budget. - Preparation and maintaining stock reports on a daily basis. - Preparation of product-wise market review. Candidates Profile - Qualified Textile Professional or Graduates with additional MBA/PG qualification with specialization in Marketing and having 12+ years of relevant experience from fabric/apparel in export marketing with good international exposure. Must have exposure to the market conditions in key importing countries
