- 10 plus years of progressively experience in Sales HR Role with Pharmaceutical organizations(Preferred).

- Postgraduate in Management or HR from a premier (Preferably from IIM, TISS, XLRI, MDI, FMS etc.)

- Exposure to achieve improved productivity of sales field force and sales leadership through sales competence building Led the implementation of new age digital and HR automation tools.

- In-Depth understanding about Sales HR Function Understanding about Organization Maturity Model.

- Expertise in Managing geographically widespread team.

- Build Business KPIs linked Reporting Dash boards for strategic decision making
