Brief Job Description:

1. Head over all P&L for the business Unit assigned & ensure Process Improvements, Technological advancements in process, TAT Management, Cost Optimization and Over Business growth

2. Optimizing Staff cost & Operational costs

3. Ensure that day to day operations are managed as under

a. TAT & Quality as per SLA

b. Number of Errors to be negligible

c. Timely & accurate Reporting / Management Information analysis - For Clients, Regulators, Management

4. Ensure Relationship Management with Client, Regulators, Investors & Internal Stakeholders.

Responsible for following :

a. Number of Escalations

b. Client feedback

c. Prompt qualitative response to query from Client/ Regulator

d. Manage Dash board of activities in time & take corrective action based on it

5. Team Management - Ensure Learning Initiatives, Adherence to discipline, punctuality and compliance by the team & Attrition Management

Key deliverables:

1. Relationship management with various stakeholders like lead managers, RAIN members, and statutory and quasi legal bodies like SEBI, Govt., Stock exchanges and depositories etc.

2. Customer & investor satisfaction - Feedback & number of escalations

3. SLA management

4. Team management

5. Cost optimization for team

Educational Qualification:

1. MBA - preferably in finance(Desirable but not Mandatory)

Technical qualification:

1. Preferably NISM certified(Desirable but not Mandatory)
