PLANNING TO ACQUIRE OTC COMPANY /AYURVEDIC COMPANY SOON.ALREADY ONE IN FINAL STAGES OF TALKS.
THIS OTC /AYURVEIDC DIV IS HEADED BY A TOP MAN WHO HAD JOINED FROM A TOP MNC LAST YEAR. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY INTERFERENCE FROM THE CONSUMER DIV OF OUR CLIENT. TOTALLY INDEPENDENT DIV
They are looking for Dynamic and Down to Earth Marketing People to take the Div to a Greater Heights
AGM /DGM Marketing should have exposure to OTC/Ayurvedic Marketing .
This role will contribute to driving and shaping the short and long term brand and innovation strategy. This will include developing and implementing positioning strategy, communications strategy and innovation - filling the innovation pipeline by driving ideation, conceptualization and activation in market of approved innovation.
The AGM /DGM Marketing will work closely with both internal teams and external agencies in the areas of product development, BTL/ATL activity, advertising / communication development, media planning and research.
You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following:
- PG/Diploma Degree qualifications in marketing from a Good B-School
- Significant Hardcore OTC /Ayurvedic brand experience working within a large /Medium organizations;
- Strong brand management experience including developing ATL/BTL communications and /or successful innovation
- Proven project management experience with strong commercial acumen
- Solid exposure to managing budgets and P&L's
- A strong understanding of sales and Trade marketing
- The passion and tenacity to drive genuine business growth for this key focus area of the business.
