AGM /DGM - Marketing for Luxury Mall
Note: Only candidates with luxury retail marketing experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to enhance the luxury mall's brand image and drive footfall.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leasing, operations, and events, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the luxury retail industry.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of captivating marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, PR, and events, to promote the luxury mall and its tenants.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment and measurable outcomes.
- Foster relationships with luxury brands, designers, and key stakeholders to create strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance the mall's reputation and attract high-end clientele.
- Utilize customer data and analytics to drive targeted marketing initiatives and personalized experiences for shoppers.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and technological advancements to identify new opportunities for marketing innovation.
