Our client is a 15 yrs old FMCG firm; has an opening for AGM/DGM - Marketing. The position will primarily be responsible for the development and implementation of brand management strategies. This will focus on increasing organization's presence across portfolio, strengthening the brand, optimizing product assortment, and promotional strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Devise a robust Digital Marketing Campaign and Media Plan for garnering Market Share.

- Ideate the Brand strategy and execute key Marketing initiatives which are critical to define the next growth phase of the organization.

- Focus and champion all ATL initiatives, work closely with various agencies Media, Creative & Digital and devise the Marketing roadmap.

- Digital transformation with identification and implementation of tools to assist business growth.

- Defines marketing KPIs across Company's portfolio and ensure implementation of Activation Programs at both Channel & Consumer level.

- Overall management of Advertising and Promotion Budget.

- Continuous analysis of the competition, retail trends, and market dynamics, working together with Sales Team to develop long-term trade marketing actions and strategies aimed at strengthening Company's position.

- New Product Launches and Product Management.

- Facilitate Product Training for Sales Team.

- Responsible for managing our clients business to facilitate them in delivering their requirements.

- Responsible for onboarding new clients for third party manufacturing.

- Lead Client Servicing team to ensure continuous interaction and building relationships with existing Client and catering the business needs of existing Clients; Product Costing, Contracts, Delivery Schedules and Payment Collections.

Qualifications:

- 10 - 12 years of experience in the Marketing Domain. Candidate needs to be from FMCG industry.

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/MBA

- Good knowledge of FMCG/Retail sector

- Proficient in data analytics and market research

- Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Excel, (mention any other), MS PowerPoint.
