- A large real estate developer in Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- To drive the marketing function for the organisation.

- Strategize Marketing plans for various projects (Commercial & Residential as well)

- ATL and BTL marketing strategies as per the necessity.

- Branding and marketing positioning of the company as a Property Developer on par with the other leading brands.

- Drive branding exercises to increase visibility of the company as a leading property developer.

- Innovate ideas to strategize increased sales of existing projects.

- Market the upcoming projects to maximise revenue generation.

- To design creatives for occasions, which capitulate the target audience with the company as a Brand.

- Coordinate with Ad agencies and creative agencies.
