AGM/DGM - Maintenance - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

- Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.

- Responsible for operation and maintenance of plant consist - Centralized AC, AW/AHU, DG sets, Gas Base Power House, Chilling Plants, VAM, Cooling Towers, Incinerator, Air Compressors, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Heat Recovery Unit's with Gas Engine and associated Auxiliary Equipment.

- Responsible for the infrastructure of the plant, e.g. routine civil activity, building/shed maintenance and associated miscellaneous works.

- Responsible for new projects for entire plant from concept to commissioning.

- Reducing maintenance cost, spare inventory cost by making standardization of spares and local developments/ Improvements / Suggestion scheme in the team with respect to BP management direction.

- In addition, major maintenance/infrastructure activities of a company unit.

- Finalizing the specifications of materials and establishing quality & quantity limits for effective inventory control and reducing wastages.

- Work for the supply chain to reduce dependency on the single source for many key ingredients. Managed cost-effective solutions by spreading the sourcing options; by striking long-term relationship with sources and by promoting partnership instead of resorting to "vendor-buyer" pattern of relationship majorly on project's
