AGM/DGM - Loan Management System & Integration

Looking out for a candidate having a decent exposure with Loan Management System and Integration role with one of the leading and largest payment & financial services in India.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of the Lending team to build and enhance the Loan Management System.

In this role Incumbent owns the charter of feature ideation, competitive benchmarking, prioritization of roadmap, GTM and product penetration.

Responsibilities:

- Business to scale up Lending Operations without worrying about technology

- Meeting requirements of multiple lender partners

- Flexibility for product innovations

- Agility in adding new lenders to our growing portfolio

- Leveraging the common technology that already exists in Paytm ecosystem

- Create a roadmap. Align stakeholders. Most importantly, deliver against it.
