Job description:
Annual Learning Calendar:
- Ensure functional and technical inputs from Sales basis discussion with concerned stakeholders during planning and execution of ALC
Departmental Interventions:
- Lead the discussions for aggregating inputs from the respective department on training needs across various markets and verticals.
- Responsible for planning, managing and executing technical and behavioural training sessions for the department/s.
- Ensure the management and delivery of focused trainings regularly.
- Finalize consultants for the training programs as needed and ensure execution of programs in co-ordination with the consultants
- Ensure logistics like venue, AV, stationary, handouts etc. for execution of training programs
Flagship Programs:
- Responsible for design, management and execution of trainings under the LFP program throughout the year - Build, manage and conduct the sales orientation program for all new sales associates
Special Interventions:
- Ensure execution of PRD sessions for all sales executives and share the key takeaways from the program with the leadership
- Sales Integration Program - Manage and arrange the sales onboarding program by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and conduct the training plan comprising various behavioural and technical interventions
- Plan and conduct numerous site visits and walk-throughs to bring further business exposure to the list of trainees
- Manage and execute knowledge sharing sessions, final presentations and leadership review process for the entire group
- Ensure final site allocation and placement of the entire batch in collaboration with concerned stakeholders
Dashboard and Vendor Management:
- Create and update dashboards for conducted programs in the capacity of Program Owner
- Manage vendor invoices, vendor payments etc. for all programs under the incumbent's scope
