POSITION OVERVIEW The AGM / DGM LG shall be a part of the fast growing Direct Sales group and shall be responsible for the profitable achievement of Lead Generation Targets associated with the assigned market, segment, and team management. The candidate is responsible for his/her assigned team's sales productivity, and directs his effort in order to have the greatest overall impact on company results. The candidate manages all aspects of running an efficient Lead Generation team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, disciplining, and motivating direct report associates. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -&nbsp; 1. Supporting to Hire &amp; Manage a team of 80-100 Lead Generation Executives with the help of 5-7 Team Leaders. 2. The job requires to supervise and manage Lead Generation effort by the team by pro-actively inspecting the calling activity and effort amongst Tele callers and ensuring that the quality and quantity of Lead effort meets company expectations. 3. Achievement of the team targets, result orientation, activities and creativity and development of people in the team is the key success area in the job. 4. Coordinates the involvement of sales support personnel, including customer support, service, and management resources, so that team performance objectives and customers- expectations are met. 5. Positively impacts the performance of individual team members by implementing and managing field support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies, and customer communication tools. 6. Works with market management to ensure market level strategic and business objectives are met by the telecalling team and third party vendors 7. Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. 8. Leads field forecasting efforts among the team, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis. 9. Pro-actively assesses, clarifies and validates customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer accounts in conjunction with sales personnel. Provides a management level point of contact for key customers. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships for referrals. 10. AM/TL grooming ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT 1. Reports to the National Head - Alternate Sales 2. Directly manages a team of 5-7 Assistant Managers/Team Leaders, who in turn will manage 80-100 Tele calling Executives 3. Coordinates with Managers/ Locations Heads for effective utilization of Leads and for all business requirements 4. P&amp;L Management for Lead Generation Team 5. Coordinates company executive involvement with customer management 6. Works closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR Teams and Field Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction, and high levels of field sales support.
