AGM/DGM - Investor Relations - Real Estate

- Drawing the IR and communication strategy for MREIT

- Regular interactions with investors and analysts and ensuring regular coverage

- Work on strategies to widen the investor base and increase investor coverage

- Work towards creating enhancing disclosures and reporting of MREIT

- Work with REIT and other Industry Associations to enhance investor education about the instrument

- Laying down systems/processes for effective execution of Investor Relations function (Formulation of communication procedures, creation and maintenance of databases, etc)

- Organizing analyst days, site visits, road shows, etc.

- Timely reporting to stock exchanges and meeting compliances under various regulations

- Business Intelligence - Tracking Peers and developments in REITs Domestically and Internationally and reporting to the management team

- Quarter close - Work on Board Presentation, Investor Presentation, Investor Communication material, etc.

- Others: Website maintenance (including benchmarking for best disclosures), Preparation of annual report

- Work on acquisitions and other business strategies

- Supporting ESG efforts of the business.
