Hiring for a AGM/DGM - Industrial Sales/B2B sales with a leading Agrochemical Giant.
Location: Hyderabad
Required experience:
- Experience in Industrial/B2B sales with Chemical OR Specialty chemical OR Pharmaceuticals OR Pesticide OR Fertilizer OR Crop protection OR Industrial chemicals industry.
Job role:
- Formulating & implementing strategies for achieving annual business goals for the Domestic B2B Business and managing overall Sales operations.
- Identifying the prospective Customers, generating business from new accounts and developing them to get consistent profitability & growth
- Handling sales and marketing functions with accountability for incremental volume & profit expansion
- Completing tender obligations like submitting pre-qualifications, study of contractual situation, project cost analysis including considering cost impact of techno-commercial conditions
- Performing the customer centric operations and ensuring satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
- Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst the team members
- Building and maintaining healthy relations with key accounts and business partners
- Anchoring the Strategic Alliance with Key industry player for common business needs.
- Working closely with R&D /Registration Team for Identification on new products or extension opportunities.
