- AGM/DGM HR for leading chemical manufacturing company in Mahad location
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the Human Resource function by overseeing employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, employment, training, Health and Safety.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Analyse the effectiveness of HR Operations and Policies
- Coach and Counsel managers to address performance issues that impede business results. work with managers to improve engagement of teams and raise the performance of workforce.
- Guide the development and implementation of employee-related programs and processes that will both support the business requirements of the company and drive a culture of success.
