- Should have hands on exposure in managing below functions

- HR : Recruitment, Training, PMS, Compensation & benefits, Rewards & Recognition system, manpower budgeting & costing

- Compliance : Liasioning with government officials (DISH, TNPCB, BOAT, TNEB)

- ER : Union handling, wage settlements, disciplinary action & contract labour mgmt.,

- General administration : Employee welfare management (canteen, transport), Expats FRRO process, scrap, facility and housekeeping mgmt..

- Safety & Security : EOHS, compliances, security, energy mgmt.

1) Candidate should possess strong leadership skills along with prior experience in managing a team size of 20+.

2) Should be dynamic, result oriented, team player and go getter.
