AGM/DGM - Human Resource - Conglomerate

For one of the biggest conglomerate & market leader in its industry, we are looking for suitable candidates to fuel the growth.

The person would heading HR functions and would report to CEO / Business Head.

Preference would be given to person from Plant / Manufacturing / Chemical Industry.

The brief JD of the position includes following:

- Entire Life Cycle management of Employees right from Entry to Exit.

- Employee Engagement, ER & IR

- PMS

- Ensuring timely quality talent acquisition.

- HR Budget & Employee P&L

- Ensuring all statutory compliances are in place.

- The profile is of HR Business Partner
