JOB TITLE Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager-Human Capital

KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To work as Human Capital Business partner and provide Support in Critical input for all Businesses of ISS
PROFILE OF JOB HOLDER:
- MBA in HR/ PG Diploma/ Diploma in Personnel Management with work experience of 8-12 years.
- Preferred exp. Of working in Service / Manufacturing/ Retail Industry

- Provide regular update to the Management on trends within the industry with recommendations on possible ways of exploiting opportunities/tackling threats facing the organization primarily from the prospective of manpower hiring and retention.
- Responsible for providing periodic MIS to the Management comprising of regional performance matrix, hiring numbers & cost update, demographic update, attrition analysis.
- Ensure Compliance Support to all businesses

- Interdepartmental monthly meetings and reporting the concern
- Nomination of Site Ambassadors from Human Capital team, KEY sites to be considered
- Monitoring site visits schedule and reporting
- PMS Review

- Tie Up will all ITI and Technical Institutes across the Country in Tier II and III cities for Technical resource and reporting
IR, Compliance & HSE
- Ensure Compliance Support to all businesses
- Creating knowledge base for Compliance and labor laws
- Compliance audit of Vendor & statutory compliance
- Implementation of ISS policies for being compliant
- Handling compliance audits of the clients and handling queries, handling IR Issues & Legal matters
