AGM/ DGM HR- Gen OPs and TA

Designation : AGM / DGM HR (Operations)

Responsibility : Culture building, Policies framing, HR operations, Talent Acquisition, ERP / IT Hiring.

Experience : 15 to 20 Years

Qualification : MSW (HR) / M.A. HRM / MBA (Regular only from recognized universities / colleges)

Academic eligibility : 60% Throughout (10th, 12th, UG & PG) and NO history of arrears (clearance in first attempt).

Preferred industry : Candidate should be from IT industry or at least 10 years of IT background experience (Last company should be IT)

Budget : Max 27 Lacs.

Preference : Preferably from TamilNadu (Knowledge of Tamil is must)

Brief Job Description :

- Handling team of 250 employees and further recruits

- Support Business in IT projects and delivery

- Culture building in the team

- Complete recruitment of RITSL

- Ensuring on-boarding and document verification of new joinees and governance of company policies and ensure zero slip offs

- Ensuring job description, KRA's and salary structure are clearly communicated to new employees

- Respond to HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance for all new joiners.

- Liaise with Other Departments or Functions (payroll, Benefits Etc.)
