- Ensure all HR systems and processes are adhered to and completed in a timely and transparent manner to establish credibility and contributions;
- Organizational circulars & communications
- Engaging with employees and responding to their queries, problems or issues with win-win advises / solutions to it;

ii. Prepare man power planning for the year with business leaders;

b. Awareness on the business finances and integrating the same with HR propositions and initiatives.
V. HR Technology:
a. Implementation of HRIS- System for smooth management of employees' life cycle (Darwinbox)
b. Review , Up-gradation & Maintenance of the HRIS systems
c. Problem solving
d. HR Systems institutionalization.
VI. Environment, Health, Safety:
a. Leading efforts for EHS and its compliances at HO level
b. Adherence to EHS policy by Corporate HR Team
