To lead corporate HR function for all staff and facilitate hi-performance organization culture through strategic contribution, personal credibility, HR deliveries, Business knowledge and HR technology.

I. Strategic Contribution :

- Influencing and facilitating the process of organizational change and development with time line, leading to improved organizational and individual performance;

- Facilitating and providing technical inputs to the process of change management in cooperation with senior management; Developing and managing measurement systems to track the adoption, utilization and impact of these changes (Feedback mechanism);

- Initiate and drive best HR practices of the industry to foster culture of collaborative & productive style of working to achieve high level of engagement, higher productivity, improved individual competencies and minimum losses;

- Business HR analytics data to facilitate business decisions

II. HR Systems :

- Ensure all HR systems and processes are adhered to and completed in a timely and transparent manner to establish credibility and contributions;

- Establish and maintain a strategic relationship with senior management, plants, operations and support departments to ensure effective management of HR systems & policies;

- Organizational circulars & communications;

- Engaging with employees and responding to their queries, problems or issues with win-win advises /solutions to it;

- Collating & analyzing important feedbacks and surveys results from employees, including exit interviews & employee engagement surveys; and facilitating action plans thereof

III. HR deliveries :

Staffing:

i. Preparing and implementation of approved annual staffing budget;

ii. Prepare man power planning for the year with business leaders;

Talent Management :

i. Retention of Talents with A&B ratings by engaging them actively into productive assignments and facilitate career path for them;

ii. Identifying PIP list and design improvement plan for them through their supervisors & Dept Head;

Compensation & Benefit Management :

i. Reviewing and benchmarking staff salaries and benefits;

ii. Coordinating with the Finance Dept at appropriate stages, for implementing salary scales;

iii. Planning and implementing annual salary increments

HR Policies, Processes, Practices & Design :

i. Designing new HR policies, reviewing & upgrading existing Policies and HR Manual for improved productivity and discipline;

ii. To initiate HR Process Manual and Induction Manual for new incumbents;

iii. Empowering employees with information, policies and best HR practices in the industry

iv. Robust system of time office discipline across locations through regular monitoring & publishing of reports of attendance, OTs and leaves;

v. Ensuring Statutory Compliance related to HR at HO & RO

Performance Management :

i. Providing guidance to staff on KRA and PMS processes

ii. Coordinating KRA setting and mid-term reviews

iii. Managing the performance appraisal cycle - PMS circular, coordination with Managers for timely completion, management discussion, rating collation, increment reward policy, finalizing promotion list, issue of letters, updating HR data & personal files, collation of TNI data; and listing of A/B & C/D lists and action plan for the same
