We are hiring for a SME Head - with a leading telecom service provider based at Mohali.

Job Details :

Location : Mohali, Circle Profile

Grade : AGM / DGM

CTC : Standard Hike on Existing

Function : Sales

Department : SME

Reports to : Enterprise head

Experience : 13 years plus of which at least 5 year should be in a leadership positions managing large business team.

Education : MBA from a Reputed Institute

Technical Skills : Knowledge on Telecom technologies & solutions

Professional skills : Knowledge of Sales Management both channel and Direct ; Strong operational & relation building capabilities both internal and external.

People based experience : Experience in working with and managing teams.

Role purpose:

- To manage and drive the market share in order to attain market leadership in SME Business segment in the circle, through growth, in terms of subscriber base, revenues, market share and profit, whilst complying with agreed budget, timescales and agreed policy guidelines as also with all regulatory norms

Key accountabilities:

Strategic :

- Develop and plan Business strategies to grow subscriber base, revenues, better penetration and enhance competitive position in the circle.

- Develop channel strategies to drive loyalty, retention,growth of channel in line with business growth

Operational :

-Responsible for overall business growth in SME business for the circle

- Responsible for subscriber growth in SME business for the circle

- Monitor acquisition in new accounts, as well as a deeper penetration in existing accounts, thereby ensuring subscriber growth.

- Set goals and targets for the Sales & Presales and monitor the performance of the team

- Responsible for designing and implementing thematic campaigns to drive business imperatives

- Interface with other functions like Finance, IT, Customer

- Support, Product, etc., as required for smooth functioning.

Development :

- Training and coaching of team
