AGM/DGM/Head - Plant HR - Manufacturing

Level : AGM/DGM

Reports to : Senior GM HR

Location : Navi Mumbai

Purpose :

- To assist and support Unit Head HR for smooth functioning of HR and IR processes at the unit.

- To monitor its implementation to align with business strategy for maximizing business performance.

Key Accountabilities :

- Improving & sustaining HR function, to support the plant Operation, improvement year on year

- People development & Retention for Business results, Lead, guide and facilitate

- Corporate HR initiatives in Business

- Improving Infrastructure and Administration Services at Plant & Liaison

- Handling EHS and Statutory Compliance

- Establishment & sustenance of TQM practices

- Self and Subordinate Development on a continual basis

Education Qualifications :

- Graduate in any discipline

- Post graduate in HR

Experience :

- 15 To 20 years of experience in benchmark HR, Administration & Security Services.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as Deputy Head of the department.

- Current working as Head of Department would be desirable.
