AGM/DGM/Head - Modern Trade - FMCG/FMCD

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Modern Trade professional to drive the success of by scaling up the business through Modern Trade channels.

If you have experience and a successful track record in modern trade in personal and beauty care mainly working on key account management which is into modern trade and implementing modern trade sales strategy, with an aim to reduce Cost to Serve.

Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for Modern Trade P&L

2. Lead MT Team Engage with MT partners to develop joint business plans and strategic initiatives Responsible for MT marketing spending.

3. Formulation of new marketing strategy to improve product visibility and availability on all marketplaces.

4. Ability to contribute to NPD and Assortment Planning Analyzing and optimizing MIS reports required by management.

5. Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, pricing, and invoicing information.

6. Design pricing and trade promotions in line with sales strategy, with an aim to reduce Cost to Serve. (Ensure effective spending in driving sales)

Requirement:

1. Postgraduate from a Tier 1/Tier 2 College with Experience and a successful track record in Brand/Trade Marketing with around 8 years of experience.

2. Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.

3. Have had experience in scaling up such business through MT channels

4. Experience with marketing efforts across product development, performance marketing, etc. is important
