AGM/DGM/GM - Treasury

Key purpose of the job: This position is responsible for independently leading end - end fund raising activities, maintaining relationships with lenders (banks, MF, etc.) keeping abreast of developments in capital markets, monitoring of project cash flows and ensuring timely debt servicing and compliance.

- Raising funds through Capital Markets - Raise funds through listed CP's and NCD's from Mutual Funds.

- Regularly interact with the top MF's, ensure relevant information is provided and required investment limits by MF's are maintained. Keep abreast of capital market deals and rate movements.

- Bank Financing - Independently lead Fund-Raising initiatives end to end from initial discussions with lenders to appraisals and finally closing the loan documentation and availing disbursements.

- Financial Modelling - Prepare financial model from scratch for real estate projects being implemented by the company.

- Appraisal by Bank / Financial Institutions - Preparation of Information Memorandums / presentations, resolving lenders queries, providing necessary information including arranging valuation reports/ Title search reports etc

- Project Monitoring - Monitor the project during its life cycle to determine any changes in the anticipated funding requirements. Provide periodic updates to lenders on project progress.

- Debt Servicing & compliance - Ensure regular debt service & compliance as per agreed financing terms

- Credit Ratings - Ensure credit ratings are obtained and surveillance is completed in a timely manner.

Internal: Business Development, Corporate Planning, Internal Auditors, Marketing & Sales, Engineering, Corporate and Regional.

Accounts & Finance

External: Bankers, Financial Institutions, Private Equities, Financial Intermediaries, Fund Houses, Auditors, Rating Agencies

Education & Experience Requirement:

- CA or MBA with 8 - 10 yrs Experience in fundraising with a large corporate or bank or financial intermediary preferably with real estate experience

- Should have led financing deals including CPs and NCDs from mutual funds

- Proficiency in Financial Modelling

- Well-networked with banks, financial institutions, mutual funds, and rating agencies

- Good communication and negotiation skills
