AGM/DGM/GM/AVP - Research & Development - FMCG/Foods/Beverage

- Ph.D (Organic Chemistry) candidates needs to apply for this position.

- Handling the independent R&D activities of Homecare division, Healthcare division & Agricare division.

- Responsible to develop new products related to all divisions.

- Responsible for project management, project execution, related budgeting, R&D trial batches etc. at R&D center.

- Responsible to scale the product at production level & monitoring the activity in initial phase.

- Responsible for intellectual properties, filling patent new technology exploration & related activity.

- To develop & direct the design & development of new products and improvement in existing products related to above division.

- Coordination with senior management team to further department to achieve the company goal.

- Provide leadership & develop the objectives for R&D team.

- Accordable for opportunity assessment consistent with corporate strategy.
