AGM/DGM - Financial Planning & Analysis - Conglomerate - CA/ICWA

Note: We are looking for a suitable candidate who is working in core Financial Planning & Analysis department at group level or in a company who are in diverse business. Companies in single line of business will not work.

Those who are 50:50 ratio in Finance & Accounts + FP&A do not apply. At least 80-90% of work profile should be in FP&A role if someone is handling accounts simultaneously.

Role - Financial Planning & Analysis (AGM/DGM)

Location - Delhi (Work from Office, 5 days)

Qualification - Qualified CA/ICWA

Experience - 14-22 years experience

CTC - 50-60 LPA (including variables)

Work Summary: Candidate would be part of the Corporate Finance Function responsible for financial analysis of group companies, creating a structured pool of data, data analysis and work on budget & forecasts. Should be able to generate useful insights from various financial reports.

Candidate should be stable in his career. Frequent job changes will not be entertained

Responsibilities :

- Monthly Closing & performance Analysis.

- Peer Comparison for the group companies & competition benchmarking, competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary.

- Business Unit/Contribution/ Product/Margin/Cost Analysis

- Analysis of annual reports and bring out meaningful insights

- Group level Data Repository for all the group companies

- Maintenance of Group level Data Repository for all group companies - P&L, Balance Sheet, KPI's, Borrowings, Credit Ratings,

- Liaison with companies to maintain the database

- Maintain structured database on various KPIs, Standardization in KPI reporting

- Track Key Economic data - for Group & Companies

- Budgets, Forecasts & LTP's

- Preparation & review of Quarterly reviews

- Consolidation of budgets, Forecasts for the group

- Support group team & companies on business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan

- Support new initiatives

- Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions

- Support in analysing new project reports

- Vetting of capex proposal/Cost saving initiatives
