AGM/DGM Financial Controller with the leading Company

Must have working experience for India and US Companies

Key Functional Responsibilities:

- He would be responsible for executing strategic plans for future growth of the organization.

- Provide efficient and effective accounting systems.

- Ensure the financial integrity of the company and be fully accountable for the accuracy of the company's financial statements.

- Managing Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable and Payroll operations of the Unit .

- Responsible for Month close reporting and meeting monthly, quarterly and Annually Statutory Filings.

- Managing Local and Global Consultants for effective Compliance Management.

- Timely reporting of various financial and other Business related information that forecasts the company business activity as required by financial regulation both internally and externally.

- Managing Finance Consultants and overseeing their operations

- Providing Inputs for Budget and forecasting process at corporate level. Support Operations planning with accurate financial Inputs.

- Coordinate and oversee internal and external audit procedures.

- Coordination with Legal Team for Contract Management ,ROC , FEMA and other compliances .

- Review of Product and Services wise Cost and Revenue and providing insights to Management on the same .

- Review of Transfer pricing and Intercompany Contracts and managing the Compliances accordingly .

- Coordinating with Tax consultants for Litigations. Notices etc if any .

- Management of Billing Operations and achieving good quality scores consistently.

- Responsible for team performance and managing (hiring /firing and monitoring ) a team of Finance professionals .

Skill Requirement:

- Chartered Accountant, with around 10-14 years of progressive experience.

- Should have thorough knowledge of sound financial planning, fund raising . corporate governance and compliance

- Strong people Management Experience .

- Ability to handle multiple locations and entities (including those abroad) and be effective in control over finances, cost, MIS

- Experience of working with an ERP essential.

- Focus on driving for transparency and results.

- Highly Analytical, Creative Thinker with proven track record in financial skills.
